Our hostel is based in the Uraba Chocoano, Darien
Caribe-Colombia. One of the most biodiverse places in the world, where the
marine landscape blends with the greenness of the tropical forest.
We provide infrastructure and space in a familiar and
peaceful atmosphere for you to relax and enjoy the natural paradise hidden in
the Uraba Chocoano.
Our hostel consists of two cabins, which we built with our
own hands using traditional methods and materials of the region. Beautifully
situated in a setting of sky, jungle and sea amongst incredible diversity of
wildlife and blessed with delicious exotic fruits, it is the perfect place to
forget for a while about the hassle of the city life.
We can accommodate about 9 people in 4 double bedrooms with
private bathrooms and 4 people in one bedroom without private bathroom.
This is a place to rest, read, walk along the beach or through the jungle, go kayaking, swimming, boating, fishing or even sharing a conversation or a night of dancing with the natives.

How to get here
By bus from Medellín to Turbo, it takes 8-9 hours aprox.
(Around $65.000 COP). We hardly recomend
to travel over night. Last bus leaves at
11pm from North Bus Terminal (you should bring a coat or a blanket with you
because the aircon its freezing cold)
You would be arriving early in the morning to Turbo, then
walk two blocks towards the “Waffe” port
where you take a boat to San Francisco town. (Around $55.000)
By plane from Medellín or Bogotá to Apartadó. Then you
should take a taxi to Turbo’s
port and boat to San Francisco town.
Suggestions

torch (flashlight)
